Disease is the imbalance of health and represents any state where there is a deterioration of the human organism. In all diseases there is a weakening of the body’s natural defence system, which is considered a lack of health. When the body lacks energy for a perfect performance, it goes into imbalance and the state of disease develops.

Healing can happen on many different levels. We need to be open to the gifts which the life source of the Universe is always ready to give us. Regardless of whether our focus in healing is on the physical, spiritual, mental or emotional level, all levels are invariably touched by the process, and none can be separated out from the rest.To heal a person means to bring him to a state where the vibration of his heart , mind, body, emotions and truth become one with the vibration of the Universe. There are no „miracles“ in healing. There are principles through which divine love and God`s Principle work together to bring about healing. Once empowered, we can heal ourselves. The human body is pulsing with energy. In fact, when we get right down to the most minute part of us, the subatomic “particles” that make up the atom, we can see that we are literally made of pure energy. Not only that, but everything we do – from the breaths we take to the thoughts we think to the actions we make – they are all powered by electrical signals running through our bodies. Energy healing is a holistic practice that balances these energies to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy as possible.



The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique designed to help identify and literally release Trapped Emotions - which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Emotions can be trapped in certain areas of our body or organs and can be a cause for pain and sickness. It is discovered by Dr. Bradley Nelson, international teacher and healer.

Meditation can allow healing energy to enter and heal the physical body. Also allows the Divine to come into you and guide you in your daily life. Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay concentrated and keep inner peace and love.


Our optimistic attitude of thinking can have a huge impact on our physical and mental health. Positive thinking is approaching life with challenges and optimistic reality. It is a skill that we can practice and improve with the time. Positive thinking means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. You think the best is going to happen, not the worst. Positive thinking often starts with self-talk. Self-talk is the endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run through your head.

Everyone need a good health. Without health there is no joy and happiness and we are unable to have a normal life. Today’s world system is so that we need to work in order to have a salary for our daily life. Because of this we need a money, but I believe that this should not be our purpose in life.
